Our expertise
Chelsea Psychology Wellness is the development of expertise emanating from the Chelsea Psychology Clinic, applied in a total mind-body setting.
We are a group of professional and experienced psychologists and psychiatrists offering private therapy and psychiatry in London. Our founders Dr Elena Touroni and Dr Tom Pennybacker, along with our core retreat team, have been involved in the co-creation of bespoke and transformative wellness retreats for the past 5 years.

Do I need to have had therapy to join these wellness retreats?
The retreat will be tailored to you whether you have previous experience of therapy or not. Preparatory or follow-up sessions are available on request or as recommended.
What if I’m anxious about group activities?
Feeling a bit nervous or shy at first is totally normal, especially when trying out new things or joining group activities. It happens to the best of us! That’s why we match you with a psychological host for the duration of the retreat. They will be there to guide and support you every step of the way.
Can I join the wellness retreats if I can’t make the exact start or end times?
We encourage you to join the full retreat but understand that scheduling conflicts can happen. If you have any timing concerns, please discuss with us in advance.
