Perched upon the crystalline blue waters of Cala Xarraca, on the Northern tip of Ibiza, world-renowned Six Senses Ibiza was the idyllic location for our restorative October Luxury Wellness Retreat.
Our immersive retreats are the first of their kind to merge psychological intervention with mind and body approaches and techniques delivered by a professional team of wellness experts from The Chelsea Psychology Clinic.

Day 1
- Arrival: Check-in to the Six Senses and settle into your luxury suite.
- Afternoon: Receive a warm welcome from the team and reflect on your intentions for the retreat.
- Late Afternoon: Immerse yourself in a welcome sound healing session and meet your psychological host.
- Evening: Savour a gourmet dinner with fellow guests.
Day 2
- Morning: Enjoy breakfast, followed by Pilates Rise and Motion Release Therapy.
- Midday: Practice breathwork before lunch.
- Afternoon: Unwind by the pool, sea, or with a treatment at the Rosebar Spa.
- Late Afternoon: Engage in an individual therapy session, sound healing, and a check-in with your psychological host.
- Evening: Dinner.
Day 3
- Morning: Enjoy breakfast followed by Pilates Flow.
- Late Morning: Relax before diving into a captivating sleep workshop.
- Midday: Decompress with a mindfulness session before lunch.
- Afternoon: Continue with individual therapy, meet with your psychological host, and experience your 2nd Motion Release Therapy.
- Evening: Dinner.
Day 4
- Morning: Experience a seaside Yogalates session after breakfast.
- Late Morning: Unwind before an inspiring nutrition workshop.
- Midday: Enjoy a mindfulness session before lunch.
- Afternoon: Engage in individual therapy, consult with your psychological host, and partake in Motion Release with sound healing.
- Evening: Dinner.
Day 5
- Morning: Begin with breakfast followed by Pilates Rise.
- Late Morning: Embark on a guided hike through picturesque surroundings.
- Midday: Lunch.
- Afternoon: Participate in individual therapy and a final meeting with your psychological host.
- Evening: Celebrate with Freestyle Dance, a closing Sunset Ceremony, and your final dinner.
Day 6
- Morning: Savour your last breakfast of the retreat.
- Late Morning: Contemplate your journey in a Reflective Integration Circle.
- Departure: Unwind with one last indulgent spa session before bidding farewell to this transformative experience.

The mind-body assessment is a comprehensive evaluation that takes 60–90 minutes. It covers:
- Your intentions and goals for the retreat: We’ll discuss your hopes and intentions for the retreat.
- Core values and goals: Aligning your core values and goals.
- Your feelings: We will explore how you have been feeling in your day to day life and the reasons behind this.
- Behavioural patterns: Identifying patterns in your life and relationships and understanding their impact on your well-being.
- Physical wellness: We will explore your overall physical well-being. This includes discussing your health including sleep, nutrition, physical activity, how you feel within your body.
- Review and next steps: We will discuss your suitability for the retreat and what kind of programme would be most helpful for you.
The assessment sets the stage for your retreat by helping you identify key areas to work on. It forms the basis for creating a bespoke retreat plan tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that your personal goals for your stay and beyond align with what truly matters to you.
